Hi! I'm Ben Livingstone, Founder and Owner of Full Property Media.

I launched Full Property Media in 2024 with the sole aim of bringing a modern outlook onto property marketing in the North. From an early age I've always had a camera in my hand, particularly taking photos of Capybaras at Blackpool Zoo on an old Canon.

In College, I took a course in Media & TV and this is where I really started to build my skills behind the lens whilst also learning many key technical points that I still use to this day.

My first property shoot came as a college student looking to make any kind of money with a camera so I could leave my part-time job at McDonalds! An eager and enthusiastic 17 year old was trusted with the job of taking photos at a stunning AirBnB in the Lake District - I absolutely loved it and here we are today!

In this time I also started taking photos for my non-league local football team which only a few months later landed me a job with Bolton Wanderers FC's academy as Academy Reporter and Photographer. I took this job into University with me where I studied Sports Business and Broadcasting at UCFB, which has also helped massively with improving my skillset.

When I'm not behind the camera you'll find me watching my beloved Burnley FC, out on a walk or down the pub enjoying a well deserved pint.
